Ashley Reed has always been drawn to roles where she can provide care and support to others in need, especially those faced with multiple challenges. She began her healthcare career in 1997 as a medical file clerk and steadily advanced through various positions, becoming certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) in 2002. After a family break, she continued her professional journey, becoming a certified Emergency Medical Technician/ BLS in 2017. Additionally, her personal experiences with medical challenges have deepened empathy and ability to put herself in her patients’ shoes. With experience spanning intemal medicine, otolaryngology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and psychiatry, Ashley now brings her patient-focused approach to her work managing the AAA team, where her priority remains the well-being of those in her care.
